Between 1967 and 1977 Italian Art experiences a moment of glory on the international art scene. Art comes out from galleries and museums and becomes expression of social and political change. Declaration

film director

Change was the key word in Italy during the second half of the 1970, when the potential behind the economic boost was translated into a revolutionary eagerness. Our documentary revises the cultural power of those new energies that include all aspects of social and cultural life, in particular the contemporary art. So it is that throughout Italy, abruptly devasted by political demonstrations and working-class rallies, the wind of change ignites a restless and eager fire in some young artists.”
