Sergio Barrejón
(Madrid, Spain, 1973) wrote the screenplay for several short films, including Borja Cobeaga's Éramos pocos, which was nominated to Oscar in 2007. His debut short as a director, El encargado (2009) was nominated to Goya Awards. He also wrote the screenplay for Jesús Monllaó Son of Cain (2013), and then worked on the screenplay for several Spanish TV series. He directed his first feature film in 2018, Jefe. He also teaches screenwriting in some prestigious school in Spain, such as the Universidad Pontificia in Salamanca.
