Dave is a mailman in a little city in the country. He is very proud that he manages to deliver the mail with perfect timing. When his wife, Denise, suggests that they move to Bakersfield, he refuses because he could never work at the same pace in another city. After his wife leaves him, Dave wonders if the directors at the Post Office appreciate his commitment to his work. This is why he decides to test them.

Matthew Carnahan

Matthew Carnahan (San Francisco, 1961) moved to Los Angeles five years ago after receiving Steven Spielberg's Chesterfield Film Writers Fellowship. He was Commissioned to write numerous screenplays. In addition, he works as a playwright and theater director. He has directed sixteen comedies that were staged in various cities in Europe and the United States. Mailman is his first short film.
