In a future world, in which everybody loves eachother and everybody
is happy, Giulia can't find the right words to express her love for
Leonardo. Varras, last survivor of the tyonian people, will teach her
the "language of love".
«The tragic experience of the Tyonians (from planet Tyon, in the Renian
system), now almost extinct, tells us that rationality, together with
language, destroys love. Or rather: it's better not to analyse feelings
too deeply, for we may discover, like the Tyonians before us, that love
is nothing but an illusion» (S. Nicchiarelli).
