"You won't go out before drinking your milk," this is what the mother of
Jørgen's son used to say locking him up in the kitchen. He didn't like milk and
had to spend the whole day staring at a cup, which has become the "reflecting
cup," where he started to elaborate his first theories: he was convinced that in
Saint Petersburg rats were asking people the time and then ran away laughing,
and that Jesus had too many responsibilities. The story of Jørgen's son is very
long and the film will only tell about the day before its incredible turn, at
age 28.
"This film is about any boy, on any day. The day before its great turn with a
suicide attempt and
a glorious end." (G. Triglia)
