perhaps in presenting these questions will prompt new dialogue among
young people and their parents.”

Tom Quinn
Tom Quinn (Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA) in 2004 directed his first feature, Lusting for Dust Words, and freelanced as a camera assistant. His film, Via Bicycles (2006), received a Motion Picture Association Award. As a cinematographer, he shot two short films that won first and third prize in 2007 Eastman Kodak Scholars Award. The New Year Parade was one of ten projects selected for the 2007 IFP Narrative Rough Cut Labs.
