While their husbands are out hunting, their wives discuss fidelity: Claudine is convinced that Federico is faithful to her and when they propose putting him to the test, she accepts and wins the bet; in return, she insists that Tosca, a former ballerina, performs a piece from her repertoire. Her husband Pirro gets upset, fearing that this is attracting the attention of Bruno, whose wife, Ornella, fears the same. In the midst of these suspicions and attractions, the only tranquil person is Benny, whose wife doesn’t attract anybody’s interest.
