Andrej Romanovic Evilenko is a pedophile serial killer who has been terrorizing Ukraine for years. Declaration

film director

“I went to Russia in 1992: I saw this man for thirty seconds on television, his gaze stared at me for a moment, and I was distraught to hear he was a card-carrying communist, an intellectual and a teacher… In part because I have two small children. I went there with the idea of making a movie about him, but then my investigation of the story took me elsewhere; I saw in it the metaphor of the collapse of something lots of people believed in, something the entire population of that country, about 250 million people, had been born and grown up with.”
