A little California town is being terrorized by a motorcycle gang who subject the inhabitants to all imaginable types of vexations. Several young women are raped, but are too afraid of reprisals to report their rapists. The only one to fight against them is Billy Jack, a youth who manages to thwart the gang's attempt to kidnap Vicky Barrington, a young woman who has been raped and decides to file charges against them. Nevertheless, the gang ferrets them out after a while and carries them away to their meeting place. Here Billy is beaten savagely and Vicky is forced to work out a deal with them to save Billy Jack's life. He is released and asks vainly for the sheriff's help. He returns, kills the leader of the pack, pins the rest of them down, and turns them in to the police. Afterwards, he tries to reconstruct the quiet life along with Vicky.
