J.R., a youth from Little Italy, lives from day to day. One night he meets an attractive, refined girl and falls in love. Soon thereafter, he decides to take advantage of his mother's being away by taking the girl home so that he could make love with her. However, the religious images that hang above the bed make him uneasy and prevent him from consuming the relationship. One night the girl reveals to J.R. that she is no longer a virgin because she was raped by her boyfriend while they were on a trip. J.R. reacts badly and puts the girl's seriousness up to question. After that he takes part in an orgy along with his friends. The next day he returns to the girl to have a reconciliation with her, but his behaviour causes the definite break.
