A man on his own, alone with his ego in a detention cell. He his in his thirties, tall, strong. His loneliness expands from him onto the room, the cell. His expression seems bright at first glance, with his eyes wide open he stares into infinity that at the whole remains himself. The room, the cell becomes his ego. What ever he touches, in the end he touches himself. Since the plank bed he lays upon at night, is locked away during the day, he can not do nothing but stand, sit, or walk. Every try to break away from his ego ends with a catastrophe. Just for the short span of having dinner he's granted a table and a facility to sit in. In the end however he regains a part of his life, he thought lost.

Jürgen Bosse
Jürgen Bosse, born in 1958 in Wolfenbüttel, West-Germany. After finishing school he became an electrical engineer. Since 1981 he lives and works in Berlin freelancing for Film and Television Productions, as author and director. As director he realized the following music videos, Games of Love (1990), Candy (1990), Rock with Me (1990), and short films.
