Paolo Boccara
Paolo Boccara (Turin, 1955) lives and works in Rome. He has worked as a psychiatrist since 1981, including six years at Santa Maria della Pietà in Rome. At present he directs a Mental Health Center on the outskirts of Rome. He is an associate member of the Italian Society of Psychoanalysis.

Giuseppe Riefolo
Giuseppe Riefolo (Barletta, 1957) works in Rome as a psychiatrist, where he directs a Mental Health Center. He has worked on the history of psychiatric institutions and particularly, Santa Maria della Pietà, a Roman psychiatric hospital founded around 1500.
