This is a homage to Jim Morrison, charismatic leader of the Doors, on the thirtieth anniversary of his death. There are images shot at Père Lachaise, the Paris cemetery where he is buried and at his last home, the apartment in whose bathroom he was found dead. We hear the declarations of fans from all over Europe and see the Paris press conference of Ray Manzarek, the ex-keyboard player of the Doors. All these scenes are alternated with stock sequences and accompanied by the extraordinary music of Morrison's group, King Lizard.

"I have always loved Jim Morrison. Even though I was only seven years old when he left the scene, I have always felt near his generation. It is obvious that his premature death relegated him to the world of myth, but after all these years I am still attracted…. His music has remained present and contemporary. It is a sound track that not only does not wear out with time but that - paradoxically - gets richer and richer with the passing of time. The secret lies hidden in Jim's voice and his lyrics rather than in his arrangements, which, after all, are simple. His is a voice that looks you in the eye and does not hide its emotions. In a word, his is an honest voice" (Francesca d'Aloja).
