HOW TO ACCESS TO THE SCREENINGS WITH A PASS
In order to access to the Festival’s screenings, it is necessary to make a reservation, free of charge, on the official Festival’s website or at the cinemas’ ticket offices.
The Festival recommends using the online platform.
- For participants who attended the Festival in previous years, access the system using the previously registered email address and, if needed, request a new password.
- For participants who have never attended the Festival, registration as a new user is required.
Once inside the personal area, it is possible to update or newly enter the alphanumeric code printed on the physical badge.
Within the reserved seats for each screening, it will be possible to make a reservation from 9:00 AM on the day before the screening to 1:00 PM on the day of the screening.
Reservations may not be made for screenings that overlap, even partially. For people with a reservation access to the screening room is guaranteed until 5 minutes before the screening begins.
To enter the screening, it will be necessary to show the confirmation e-mail, as well as the accreditation badge. It is possible to modify or cancel the reservations until 30 minutes before the start of the screening, online or at the ticket offices.
Accreditation holders will also have the possibility to access the venue through Rush-Line. Starting from 5 minutes before the screening begins, accreditation holders will be able to access the screening without reservation, upon availability ONLY and until full capacity.
