RESERVATIONS AND ACCESS MODE

In order to access the Festival’s screenings, it is necessary to make a reservation, free of charge, on the official Festival’s website or at the cinemas’ ticket offices. The Festival recommends using the online platform.

The accreditation badge must be collected in order to complete the reservation procedure, as it presents the personal codes.

It will be possible to make a reservation from 9:00 am on the day before the screening, to 1:00 pm on the day of the screening.

Reservations may not be made for screenings that overlap, even partially.

People with a reservation, access to the screening room is guaranteed until 5 minutes before the screening begins.
It will be necessary to present the confirmation email, as well as the accreditation.

It is possible to modify or cancel the reservations until 30 minutes before the start of the screening, online or at the ticket offices.

Anyone who does not use a reservation for 2 times, even non-consecutively, will not be able to reserve any further screenings.

Accredited people will also have the possibility to access the venue through Rush-Line.
As the ticket sale closes, 5 minutes before the screening begins, accredited people will be able to access the screening without reservation, upon availability ONLY and until full capacity.

USEFUL INFORMATION

The accreditation will be valid to reserve the reruns on Sunday, December 3.
The accreditation will not be valid for the opening night on November 24th, as it will be possible to access the event upon invitation only.

Accreditations do not give access to the Masterclasses or to the screenings marked in the program as “Ingresso gratuito”. The entry will be free of charge with direct access until full capacity.

In case of loss, it is impossible to make duplicates of the accreditations.
In case of cancellation on your part, accreditation payments will not be reimbursed.
