Where can I collect my accreditation?
It is possible to collect the accreditation badge at the Accreditation Office in via Verdi, 14/a, ground floor. The Office will be open from 9:30am to 6:30pm.
How can I pay for my accreditation?
The accreditation can be paid when collecting the badge. Accepted payments are: cash, debit card, credit card and Satispay.
Can someone else collect my accreditation?
If necessary, it is possible to delagte the collection of the pass to a third person with a signed proxy.
How can I make a reservation for TFF screenings?
To access the screenings, all accreditation holders must reserve their seat, free of chearge, on the official Festival’s website or at the cinemas’ ticket offices. The Festival recommends using the online platform.

After consulting the regulation, click on Reservation for Accreditation Holders.

- Have you already attended TFF? Log in with your credentials from the past years.
Forgot your password? Click on Forgot your password? and log in with the temporary password received at the email address previously indicated. - Is it your first time at TFF? Click on Register here and create a new account. If the system recognizes the email address as already used, it means that an account linked to the address already exists.
Once you access the account, it is necessary to update the Accreditation code in the area Account data (the system will bring you there automatically).
The Accreditation code is written on the badge, under the barcode. The badge must be collected in order to make reservations.
Afterwards, you will be able to consult the program and make reservations.

Can I access the screenings without a reservation?
5 minutes before the beginning of each screening, only in case of available seats, the access will be possible in order of arrival and until full capacity.
We remind you that press screenings do not require a reservation.
