British director Brian Welsh will be honoured with the special prize Behind the Camera Award – Torino Film Festival for his second feature Beats, a rousing and fast coming of age story, in which the escape from home of 2 teenagers becomes a political act in the 90’s Scotland. Brian Welsh will be awarded officially tonight, 10.00 pm, at Cinema Massimo’s Cabiria Hall. The screening of the movie will follow.
