Two young actors who have been unemployed for too long decide to stage a car accident to get a bit of money by defrauding an insurance company. However, things do not go according to plan. One of them really gets hurt. At the hospital a nurse discovers the trick and reports them to the police. When the police arrive, the uninjured young man flees, leaving his friend alone to face up to a whole lot of trouble.

Elisabetta Lodoli

Elisabetta Lodoli (Bologna, 1952) graduated from the University with a degree in Philosophy and moved to the United States. in 1989 she received a master's degree in film and television direction at the California Institute of Arts in Los Angeles. Her first short film Off Season, won the Silver Seagull award at the Bellaria Festival in 1989. Along with Mauro Marchese, presented the short film, Buon Natale, at the 1993 Turin Film Festival.

Mauro Marchese

Mauro Marchese (Milan, 1963) received a diploma in 1984 from the Academy of the Dramatic Arts of Antoniano, Bologna. In 1991 he graduated from the university in philosophy, specializing in esthetics. He has worked as leading actor in theater, television, and film. He works as a screenwriter both for original subjects and for theatrical adaptations and has won many awards.
