The film begins with the memory of "first love" in a small town where cherry flowers are fully bloomed. YoungShin is a freshman studying at a provincial college. She has expected something new to happen since entering the college; but nothing has happened yet. However she is content with the fact that she now is treated like a grownup. ChangWook is an invited playdirector to the YoungShin's campus theater group. At her first sight, he is merely a filthy chainsmoker and a wornout heavy drinker. One day, a miracle happens. It can be understood only by those who once were in love. An inexplicable sensation begin to wriggle in her mind. How does love come? Young Shin falls in love with ChangWook. No words can explain. She loses herself. The story begins just like this.

"There has been an unanswered question which I've had for a long time. Why are people so sentimental to their first love without forgetting? I mean, why do their wrinkled faces still get blushed when they recall their first love after many years passed by? Maybe... There is no aged first love. Were not sentimental to our first love itself. The first love is the key to rediscover our lost time. Well, I'd like to invite all of you to a time travel. You don't have to prepare anything. Even at the moment, if you fight up a small lamp, you'll find your brilliant youthful days lost time. In the secret of time..." (Lee MyungSae)
