The title had not been decided yet, but I took the cue for it from a brief review in 'Babilonia' written by Andrea Pastor, who had seen the video in a private screening. "It was inevitable that it would be just Ottavio to be filming the phases of the gay wedding ceremony in Milan with his militant passion and a great deal of tenderness. His curious stylistic choice is more striking than ever (if sometimes a little irritating). He used slow motion images for a long time, a little like a moviola effect The voices and the sounds are audible at a normal speed, but the images seem to obey a law of their own and to make themselves independent of the massive flow of sound. When I see those images now, they seem to betray Ottavio's desire to stop time and to act in a way that that lovely day the fruit of battles that saw him on the front lines with his sweet companion could last a little more than was allowed, as if he wanted to put his seal on the fleeting moment one lives in a dream.
