Stefan Scarlatescu
Stefan Scarlatescu (Piatra Neamt, Rumania, 1955) attended courses on building machine technology and received his university degree from the Bucharest Polytechnic Institute. He worked as an engineer until 1987. He graduated from the Bucharest Academy of Dramatic Arts in 1994 with a specialization in directing. Starting from 1983 he made seven short films - both documentaries and fiction films. His last work, Minuet, was made in 1995.
