She works as a waitress in a night club to pay for her studies, but her work destroys her voice... While she crosses a noisy and deserted summertime Rome, she thinks of her dreams, wishes, and memories.

Maria Venezia
Maria Venezia (Matera, 1961) graduated from DAMS at Bologna. She moved to France, first settling in Montpellier and then in Paris, where she worked as assistant director for the theater, "La Péniche Opéra". She made two series of radio documentaries for French national television - Il rosso e il verde: l'Italia dall'impegno politico all'ecologia and Qui, altrove, dappertutto e da nessuna parte. She published two books of poetry in France - Vocalità, scherzi e abbellimenti and Viatico. In 1988-89 She attended the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia, specializing in screenwriting.
