A boy and a girl, just out of adolescence, whose parents disappeared during the military dictatorship, are involved with a crowd of people representative of the multiple aspects of a big city like Buenos Aires. They try to understand what happened to their parents, but the only answer the city has to offer comes as an allegory. Stories intertwine through encounters and nonencounters, but are all linked by confusion, solitude and nostalgia of the city's inhabitants.

Alejandro Agresti
Alejandro Agresti was born in Argentina on 2 June 1961. He is of Italian origin. He has been involved in the film industry since childhood. He made his first short film in 1979. The post-production of El hombre que ganó la razón led him to the Netherlands where he met producer Kees Kasander, with whom he collaborated on all his films until 1993. Agresti has also written three novels
