Two men and a woman are shooting a video about porno stars behind the scenes during the shows before large audiences on the road and in theaters. While desire knocks people off their tracks, something more should be understood about the Italian protagonists of eroticism and hardcore pornography. It is a long work of documentaryfiction that goes down erotic paths and situations. The see-saw up and down of truth and play acting starts to possess them as the stars and starlets of sex keep on talking. End of the first part...

Pietro Balla

Pietro Balla (Poirino, Turin, Italy, 1956-2021) earned his degree in political science; in 1985 he started making shows and documentaries for Italian television. His works include Illibatezza, 1949 - Nelle terre di Dio, Dérive Gallizio, Ballando nel fumo and I campioni di Olimpia. He created and produced the series Scatti di nera, with Michele Placido, for Fox International Channels Italia, and, between 2007 and 2008, he co-directed and produced with Monica Repetto the documentary Operai for Raitre. In 2008 the Venice Film Festival presented his documentary feature ThyssenKrupp Blues, directed and produced with Monica Repetto, his companion and main collaborator.

Monica Repetto

(Rome, Italy, 1965), a graduate in psychology, in the early 1990s started working as a movie critic before entering the world of cinema. In 2011, she created and curated the launch of On The Docks, the first Italian platform for on-demand videos dedicated to reality cinema. An essayist and the author of works about film, she is one of the tutors of the Premio Zavattini. A prolific director, she has collaborated with Pietro Balla on the making of numerous documentaries, including ThyssenKrupp Blues (2008), which was presented at the Venice Film Festival.
