Rodi, a man of about forty, is the linedrawer. He lives in a room that is not very reassuring together with his only companion, Bastarda, a hen. When new telephone books arrive carried by two teenagers Rodi's typical day is finished. There is a finale that can, to say the least, be called "noir."

Gianlorenzo Mortgat
Gianlorenzo Mortgat (Turin 1973) graduated from a scientific high school and enrolled in the Liberal Arts School of Turin University, specializing in Film History and Criticism. He has worked in advertising and in television as assistant director as well as in film as production secretary. He has written screenplays and a short-story collection.
