Mark de Cloe
Mark dc Cloe (1969) graduated from the St Joost Academy for the Arts and in 1992 from the Gerrit Rietveld Art Academy in Amsterdam. Co-founder of a directors collective Cinema 33 and Ark-Films. He won several prizes at international festivals in Florence, Stuttgart, Rotterdam and Utrecht. He was also winner of the Grolsch Film award for upcoming talent.
