It is spring in Paris. Gaspard is a sports photographer deeply caught up in his work schedule. He has a secret relationship with Alice, a lawyer who has been living with Nicholas for some time. Nicholas is a likeable guy who is full of life. He often finds himself unemployed and for this reason he takes care of the house work. He is not ashamed of this, at least until he finds out that Alice has another man.

Lucas Belvaux (Manur, Belgium; 1961) has a long and happy career as a film actor behind him, having worked with directors the likes of Goretta, Rivette, Chabrol and Assayas. He debuted as a director in 1991 with Parfois trop d'amour.
