Luce is a brilliant and successful young woman. One day she gets a strange object in the mail. She does not know where it comes from and why she has gotten it. Besides, it is something that has nothing to do with the young woman. It is just for this reason, perhaps, that it acquires an irresistible force, attracts Luce, and makes her harbor a violent temptation. The object is a rope tied in a hangman's knot. Luce's temptation is a simple temptation of death.

Pietro D'Agostino
Pietro D'Agostino (Venice, 1972) began his film activity at the Florence Institute for Film and Audiovisual Science in 1995, where he worked on short film and tv commercial production and directed and edited his first video, Morte del giovane filologo veneziano. In 1996 he directed and edited his video Una tentazione-Luce, which won the first prize at the Underflorence in Florence. He now works as film editor at Milan's Studio Azzurro.
