The police is investigating in a gym which trains fighters some mysterious body robberies. At the gym, Guillermo, an aspirant fighter, conquers Lucía, the owner's secretary. A fighter is stabbed by Panchito, an old lottery ticket seller. His assistant brings the body to a secret laboratory where Panchito, in vain, tries to bring him back to life with a monkey's brain. The police decide to use Guillermo as bait and ask him to dress up as the masked fighter El Vampiro. When Panchito's assistant tries to kill Guillermo he is unmasked and the policeman is forced to kill him. In spite of this, Guillermo dies in the ring. Panchito brings him back to life using a gorilla's brain. Guillermo kills a fighter so that he can take his place in the ring. While in the ring, Guillermo receives telepathic orders from Panchito and kills his opponent. Guillermo, who has grown monkey hair and canines, kills Panchito by stabbing him with a stake. He then climbs up to Lucía's house and kidnaps her. She faints and he carries her onto the balcony. The police now kill the monster.
