An old man lives in an area that is often submerged in floods. Most of the people maintain that the flooding is a natural calamity. Instead, the old man considers it part of his life.

Valdas Navasaitis
Valdas Navasaitis (Kaunas, Lithuania; 1960) graduated from the Moscow Film Institute (VGIK) in 1993. Since 1985 he has been working with Sharunas Bartas, the most important Lithuanian director.
