Biography

film director

In 1981 he directed Escape from New York and the following year The Thing continuing his study of horror movies and science fiction. He confirms his status among the genre’s best with subsequent works such as Vampires (1987), In the Mouth of Madness (1994), and Ghosts of Mars (2001).
