This animated work relates the story of South Park - a quite, peace-loving place - until Terrance and Philip's latest film hits the neighbourhood. Just as soon as the district's kids have seen the film, all hell breaks loose with parents attempting to stem the flow of choice language emerging from their children's mouths.The parents report Terrance and Philip, who end up under "citizens' arrest"; war is also declared against Canada, the duo's country of origin. The youngsters decide they need to intervene in order to prevent Terrance and Philip from having to appear in court.
