Country: Italy
Year: 2000
Duration: 56'

The story of five Italian exiles in Paris who were connected to the armed struggle of the 1970s. Oreste Scalzone, Cesare Battisti, Luigi Rosati, Paola De Luca and Paolo Persichetti tell the story of their twenty years of Parisian exile.

"I started to visit Paris often in 1991 and was struck by this Italian community, which is parallel to the official one. I had been thinking of making a documentary about this group of people whose number reached 1500 in the 1980s, people who remade lives for themselves in exile at a stone's throw from Italy even though they do not officially exist" (Menotti Bucco).
