CHAIN REACTION

"This video consists of two inseparable parts. In the first, the artist as cook has to offer some delicacies to several people. He feels that he is alive only when his audience appreciates the fruit of his years of experience. The second part is the documentation of a 'work in progress'. Members of the audience are invited to a table in front of which there is a screen. On it images run by of other people who have eaten days before under the same circumstances. The performance was done in the Terra Nova theater in Copenhagen" (Alessandro Quaranta).
