Japan in the 1970's. While charismatic Aizawa is in prison, his group of extreme left-wing students is lead by Masami, but the young man doesn't have the same forcefulness and determination as the leader. Aizawa commits suicide in his cell and the activists fall into total confusion: disagreements and violence erupt within the group.

Kumakiri Kazuyoshi
Kumakiri Kazuyoshi was born in 1974. He filmed his first work with his video recorder while still a high school student, and won a prize for it from a national television network. He now studies at the University of Osaka and his film Kichiku was awarded the prize for best first film at the Pia Film Festival. The film was made thanks to the help of his fellow students who believe in his talent and who received no compensation for their collaboration.
