A multinational telephone corporation intends to construct a large relay station very near a mountain village. The locals and the tourists who usually stay there had been happy to be able to get to a place that is out of the reach of cellular phones, so they oppose the project. One of these people is a young woman who is finishing her thesis on the effects of electronic smog on humans. Others are her friends, who are free rock climbing enthusiasts. There is an unexpected death. A carabinieri marshal's investigation brings the events to an unexpected conclusion.

Giancarlo Granata (Turin, 1941) founded the film group Cral Banca CRT in 1988 in order to involve his colleagues in the making of videos.
