Wile E. Coyote, as usual, is trying to capture the eternally evasive Road Runner with the help of an endless number of devices. This time, to get his way, Coyote is supplied with ACME factory's roller skates, a bow and arrow, a boomerang, a rifle, and explosive arrow that he drops from a hot-air balloon .... But, obviously, his every effort turns out to be in vain.
