Steve Della Casa

Steve Della Casa (Turin, Italy, 1953), movie critic, is one of the founders of the Torino Film Festival, which he also directed from 1999 to 2002. He was president of the European Coordination of Film Festivals and of the Film Commission Torino Piemonte, as well as the artistic director of the Roma Fiction Fest. He has been the author and conductor of the radio program Hollywood Party on Rai Radio 3 since 1994. The documentary Nessuno ci può giudicare, which he co--directed with Chiara Ronchini, screened at the 2016 TFF, just like Bulli e pupe (2018).

Claudio Paletto

(Turin, 1954) lives and works in his hometown. Since the 1980s, he has created around eighty works, including short films, documentaries, urban installations, performances, art exhibitions, and museum displays. Many of his films have been featured at international festivals — including the Torino Film Festival, Rotterdam, Bellaria, Filmmaker in Milan, Montbéliard, Lecce, and Casablanca — as well as in various showcases (Berlin, Madrid, Paris, Banja Luka, Genoa, Eindhoven, Tunis, New York) and markets (Clermont-Ferrand, Cannes). Several of his works have received awards (in 1985 and 1993 in the Spazio Aperto section of the Festival Cinema Giovani, in 1990 in Immagini di realtà at Filmmaker, and in 1995 at the European Script Fund in London) and have been broadcast on television (Rai 3 and La7 in Italy, Canal+ in France, Munich TV in Germany). From 2001 to 2013, he curated the independent film series Strane Visioni at the Amantes Cultural Club.

Enrico Verra (Turin, 1962) received a degree in Film History and Criticism at Turin University. He attended the school of video documentation directed by Daniele Segre and Gianni Volpi. He was the co-screenwriter of Luca Busso's short film, Da qualche parte in Italia; director of production in Daniele Segre's Manila Paloma Blanca; assistant director in Bruno Bigoni's Veleno; and unit manager in Guido Chiesa's Il caso Martello.
