The conclusion of the Frankenstein saga, produced by Hammer, starring Cushing and directed by Fisher. The baron takes refuge in an insane asylum and conducts his experiments on handicapped people, but he enjoys killing a medical colleague whom he finds particularly stupid. This film never came out in Italy, it is a dark film, without hope, a fitting conclusion to one of the best horror series ever.

Terence Fisher

Terence Fisher (London, UK, 1904-1980) started working in cinema as an editor and production director first, and then as a filmmaker, directing a wide variety of movies. After meeting in the Fifties the production company Hammer, he came up with a whole new genre of B movies mixing fantasy and horror, which made him famous.
