The Revenge of Frankenstein

The Revenge of Frankenstein

Country: UK
Year: 1958
Duration: 94'

The baron is condemned to death, and escapes by taking the place of a priest and continues his experiments. The second episode of the series directed by Fisher and interpreted by Peter Cushing, this film is a small masterpiece: gothic setting, the scientist seen as a romantic hero, no moral judgment. One can sense that the Frankenstein series will top the Dracula series in Hammer's future.
