Giulietta della Spazzatura

Giulietta of the Trash

Country: Italy
Year: 2003
Duration: 12

Giulietta goes put of her house and throw away the trash as any other morning. But when a garbage collector picks up the bag, it breaks. The garbage collector is struck by a drawing that is inside. Day by day, he starts to know Giulietta without meeting her personally, but only looking through her garbage. One day he decides to meet her: the whole neighbourhood will take part in this event.

"It's the story of a man who falls in love with a woman without knowing her and starts to get to know her intimately thanks to what she throws away. I think there are few things more revealing of our nature than trash" (P. Randi).
