L'Autunno dell'Alfa Romeo

The Autumn of Alfa Romeo

Country: Italy
Year: 2003
Duration: 41

During the Autumn of 2002, the workers of Alfa Romeo, in Arese, have put up a united struggle against the industrial plan presented by FIAT. The Autumn of Alfa Romeo wants to be a witness of the intense moments of this struggle, giving a voice to the claims and the workers' point of view, which have too often been only lightly touched by the press. The film ends symbolically with the New Year's Eve celebration organized in front of the factory gates, while 2002 ends in total uncertainty for the destiny of Alfa's workers.
