Bjørn Melhus
Bjørn Melhus (Kirchheim, Germany, 1966) studied film at the Braunschweig School of Arts and the California Institute of Arts in Los Angeles. Since 1986, moving between Germany and United States, he works as a sought-after with film, video installations and performances. In 1999 he has been Lecturer at the Bauhaus University. His works deal above all on Twentieth Century culture and history, and on the question of identity in our contemporary media society.
