Filmed people, in their everyday dress and habits, are transferred into a computer generated decoration, that has been modeled on public spaces like fairs, bistros, and boutiques. The people queue up patiently. Waiting is been made easy by the staff, taking care of seamless entertainment. The narrative installations and productions of event capitalism are transferred back into fiction and collide with the "realness" of the filmed persons.

Oliver Husain
Oliver Husain (Francoforte, Germania, 1969) ha studiato arte, cinema e comunicazione in India e in Germania. Molti dei suoi film, dei suoi video musicali e delle sue performance sono stati selezionati per esibizioni internazionali. Nel 1999 Ron and Leo è stato premiato all'European media Art Festival e il video musicale Sensorama a Oberhausen.
