In 1914 the writer Charles Ferdinand Ramuz publishes a small text called L’Exemple de Cézanne, in which he transposes in writing the picturial impressions of a trip to the great French painter’s country. A few years later, Frank Ciochetti uses the same approach in his film on Ramuz himself: a little journey in the middle of the Swiss region of the Lavaux, on the traces of the writer.
