FORGOTTEN “We met and spoke with Roberto many times as we watched his

the help of people who have known, loved and helped him, both before
and after his amnesia, he is now trying to put his fragmentary and
incoherent memories back in order. His house thus becomes a sort
of stage for his long and wearisome recover, as his memories
progressively return in chaotic order and he rediscovers himself
and his relationship with the outside world.

In tandem with Roberto’s work, we also carried out our research:
by interviewing people who are close to him, we reconstructed and
connected images, voices and points of view that were different
and sometimes contrasting. The film, in all its facets, also reflects
the plurality of the voices that produced it.”

Progetto Funes Progetto Funes
The funes project is composed of Flavio Bauer, Luisa Collina, Giulia Della Torre,
Aura Ghezzi, Martina Ghezzi, Valentina Incicco, Giulia Paparo, Federica Raja, and Giacomo Villa, nine university students between twenty and twenty-eight years old. The project came about through their interest in the story of Roberto and developed into an opportunity to use cinema to reflect on the topic of memory and identity through the uniqueness and importance of individual experience.
