Two series of photographs, which are mirror images in sequence, shot and subject, are differentiated by the presence or lack of color, which indicates the various eras in which they were taken. While the inhabitants of the Villaggio Leumann look at themselves in a documentary dedicated to the history of the village, their memory strays from the narration of the community to intimate and very personal emotions. As in many other works by Vitone, history departs from the rational dimension of the document and ventures into a more complex dimension, half subjectivity and half origin of traditions.
