Declaration

film director

“Our documentary is built from the muscles and skin of the artists and the skeleton of the public and private institutions: they are complementary and cannot exist separately in the universe called circus. Using the trapeze as a metaphor, this movie explores the reality of circus today and, as a result of this research, we come to realize that whether dressed in silk or casual clothes, somersaulting trapeze artists will astonish us equally and when they work as a duo, each leap will depend on a partner’s help.”
