Rahul is an actor who is still waiting for his big break. He has a young daughter, Kali, from his previous marriage to Salini, a depressed alcoholic whose second husband is the powerful police chief Bose. Despite his honest and upstanding air, Bose is actually an authoritarian and dangerous man, capable of mistreating his wife and his enemies. Kali’s disappearance during a visit to her father opens up a Pandora’s box in which reality and lies, and love and greed, make for a dangerous combination.

Declaration

film director

“The film is about that time of life, when we face crisis and when we look back, we realize, all our dreams remained unfulfilled. It is then that we realize how fragile we are and how trapped we are among moralities and other things. There are so many things around us which we end to overlook, especially in today’s time when our eyes don’t shift from our smartphones and we don’t even care to take interest what’s going on just next to us. It’s a very emotional film in the garb of a very strong thriller; and it’s a very ‘straight’ film.”
