Country: USA
Year: 2013
Duration: 96'

Larry and Ayesha, two private eyes, are hired to discover what has happened to a university student. When they burst into his apartment they find a lot of VHS machines, TV sets and a laptop computer that is turned on and recording a video. They stop the video and rewind it to see what it is about, without imagining what is about to happen to them… A sequel of the horror anthology V/H/S, which was presented at last year’s Torino Film Festival, it is composed of the episodes Tape 49, Phase I Clinical Trials, A Ride in the Park, Safe Haven, and Slumber Party Alien Abduction.

Declaration

film director

“When we made VHS there was no plan in place, we were literally inventing the structure and tone as we went along. If the thesis of the first film was to create a gritty stylized authentic horror anthology then it was my intention this time around to experiment with the more cinematic opportunities that found footage can offer.” (Adam Wingard)
